The data economy is being built now.
Access to it should not be limited to people who already work in tech.
TopIzdaTo is a nonprofit organization building a network of people who can contribute to the data economy — through professional relationships, practical data work, or specialist expertise.
You do not need to already work in the data industry. What matters is what you can bring: a professional network, practical capacity, or specialist judgment.
The first thing we're building is the people.
- People who know organizations and can make a useful introduction.
- People who can prepare, annotate, evaluate and verify data.
- People whose professional judgment can tell whether a difficult result is actually correct.
That means there are ways to take part even if your current job has nothing to do with AI or the data industry. Every dataset behind a working model was prepared, corrected and evaluated by people; that work is real, it is skilled, and most of it is invisible from the outside.
Three ways to take part.
Choose the path that matches what you already know how to do.

You may already have what a data project needs.
- People looking for remote, flexible, project-based data work.
- Researchers, writers, translators, editors and careful readers.
- Professionals with specialist knowledge.
- People who have spent years building relationships inside an industry.
- People changing careers who already have useful skills.
- People who do not have a job title in “AI” but have the skills that AI data work actually requires.
Today we are building the human network first. The wider data marketplace — connecting skills, data, organizations and buyers — comes later. Read the mission for the honest version of where we are.
