Running a nonprofit organization and its infrastructure costs money. This page explains plainly how that is covered, so that anyone deciding whether to participate can see the basic economics first.

When TopIzdaTo facilitates a transaction, a 20% administrative allocation covers the administrative and operating expenses required to run the organization and its infrastructure.
That figure is stated here rather than buried in a document, because it affects anyone deciding whether to take part.
What this supports
The allocation covers the ordinary, unglamorous cost of keeping an organization and its infrastructure running. That includes work and services such as:
- hosting and the website infrastructure;
- the domain and related technical services;
- software and technical tooling;
- administration and record keeping;
- coordination of transactions and participants;
- qualification of applicants and of opportunities;
- legal and compliance work;
- maintenance of the public infrastructure;
- other necessary administrative and operational expenses.
None of that happens for free, and pretending otherwise would make the rest of this site less credible, not more.
What happens to the remaining 80%
If you participate in a transaction, you will be told the applicable terms before you agree to it. The remaining amount is handled according to the specific transaction agreement. There is no single universal payout formula.
Why this matters to participants
You should not have to guess how the organization supporting a transaction funds its operation.
The 20% allocation is published here so that the basic economics are visible before you participate. The same principle applies to everything else on the site: applying does not guarantee employment, a project or compensation, and opportunities depend on project needs, qualification and fit.
Public accountability
The organization is early in its public activity. There is no operational financial history to publish yet, and we will not invent one — no revenue figures, no expense breakdowns, no transaction volumes, no donor or grant claims.
What is published is the principle: the 20% administrative allocation and what it covers.
As operational history accumulates, the level of detail published here increases rather than decreases.
