Behind every functioning model is a large amount of careful, patient human work: labelling, checking, comparing outputs, correcting mistakes, verifying claims, restructuring messy material into something usable. It rewards precision and consistency more than credentials.
Most projects can be done remotely; the schedule depends on the specific opportunity, and rates are set by that opportunity and stated before work begins.
Domain Expert
Help evaluate data and results where specialist knowledge matters.
What you do: review, assess or validate data and outputs where general knowledge is not enough.
There is a category of data question that cannot be answered from outside the profession. Whether a finding is consistent with the imaging. Whether a clause means what it appears to mean. Whether a measurement is physically possible in that context.
Expert judgment is one of the scarcest inputs in the data economy, and it is usually held by people with a demanding job already. Contributing does not require leaving it, and your qualification or experience may be verified depending on the project.

We do not publish one universal rate because different opportunities have different requirements and terms. Applicable compensation is stated before you agree to the work.
How the organization funds its operation is public: for transactions it facilitates, a 20% administrative allocation covers administrative and operating expenses. → Transparency
Do I have to pay anything?
No. There are no fees to apply, join the network, take a qualification check or access an opportunity.
Do I need AI experience?
No. The relevant experience depends on the path. Practical data work values precision and consistency; Expert work values professional expertise; Scout work values genuine access and trusted relationships.
What am I not expected to do?
Scouts are not expected to sell, negotiate, collect confidential information or represent the organization commercially unless separately and explicitly authorised. No path involves recruiting other people for reward.
