Privacy policy

What we collect when you apply, which cookies this site uses, how long we hold any of it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 29 July 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you apply to participate, what runs in your browser while you read this site, why we use any of it, how we store it and what choices you have.

Who is responsible

The controller of the personal information described here is NGO TOPIZDATO, EDRPOU 44894768, registered at 65007, Ukraine, Odesa region, Odesa, Staroportofrankivska Street, 107, apartment 21.

For any question about your information, write to admin@topizda.to.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into an application form on this website. Depending on the path you apply through, that is:

  • your name and email address;
  • your country or region, and the languages you work in;
  • a link to a professional profile, if you choose to provide one;
  • your answers to the questions specific to the path — for example your skills, experience, profession, domain, availability, or a description of your professional network;
  • your consent to this policy.

Recorded alongside your answers: which participation path you applied through, the page you submitted from, when the form was received and how long it took to fill in, and the country reported by our infrastructure provider for the connection. This is used to tell real applications apart from automated ones.

If you have accepted marketing cookies, your email address is also shared with Google Ads in hashed form, so that Google can match your application to an earlier ad click. It is used for that matching only.

Confirming your email

After you submit the form we send one email with a confirmation link, valid for 72 hours. Your application enters our records only when you open that link. If you never do, the answers stay in a submission log we keep for the retention period below, and we do not contact you. The confirmation email is sent through Resend, our email provider, which receives your address and name for that purpose.

Attachments

You can attach a CV or a work sample to your application — up to 5 files of 10 MB each. Attachments are stored separately from the application record, in Cloudflare object storage in the European region, and are kept for the same period as the application itself. They are not published anywhere and there is no public link to them.

What we do not want

Please do not send us, through these forms or as attachments:

  • licences, diplomas, certificates or official scans;
  • information about identifiable third parties, including patients, clients or employers;
  • confidential or commercially restricted material belonging to anyone else;
  • payment details.

If a specific project later requires verification of a qualification, we will ask for it separately and explain how it will be handled.

Cookies

A banner at the bottom of the page asks you to choose between three categories: Necessary, Analytics and Marketing. Necessary cookies are always set; the other two are only used if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time by reopening that banner.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising are switched off until you accept them. Elsewhere they are on unless you decline.

With Analytics accepted, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are read, where visitors come from, where people stop.

With Marketing accepted, we use Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Leadfeeder / Dealfront to measure which campaigns lead to applications and to show ads to people who have visited the site.

One thing worth stating plainly: Google's tag sets a single advertising cookie (_gcl_au, used to attribute an ad click) as soon as the page loads, before you have made a choice. Everything else in the analytics and marketing categories waits for your consent.

Cookie Purpose Category Duration
tz_consent Remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner. Necessary 180 days
_ga, _ga_… Google Analytics: tells visitors apart and keeps session state. Analytics Up to 2 years, set by Google
_clck, _clsk Microsoft Clarity: links page views into one session for aggregate reporting. Analytics Set by Microsoft
_gcl_au Google Ads: attributes a visit to an ad click. Marketing Set by Google
_lfa Leadfeeder / Dealfront: recognises a returning visitor for company-level reporting. Marketing Set by Leadfeeder

Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn may set further cookies on their own domains when their services run. Those are covered by their own policies.

Why we hold it

To read and assess your application, to contact you about it, and to consider you for opportunities that match what you described. That is the whole purpose. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build profiles for anything other than the assessment described above. The analytics and advertising described above tell us how the site performs; they are not used to make decisions about you individually.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. on our behalf, in the European region. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and processes the data only to provide that service. Our email correspondence with you is stored with our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep an application for as long as it is plausibly relevant to matching you with an opportunity, and no longer than 24 months from submission unless you have become an active participant or you ask us to keep it longer. After that it is deleted.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time, and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • send you a copy of what we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your application;
  • withdraw your consent, which also means deletion.

Write to admin@topizda.to from the address you applied with, or tell us which address you used. We aim to answer within 30 days.

For cookies, your choice lives in the banner described above and can be changed whenever you like.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already applied will be communicated by email.

Take part

There is more than one way to participate in the data economy.

Three paths, one starting point: tell us what you bring — a network, practical capacity, or professional judgment.
